Log shipping not happening

Hi,

We are having two node Primary and two standby (STANDBY - READ ONLY STATE) databases.

Observed that log shipping is not happening automatically. Every time I need to move the archives manually from Primary to Standby to make it sync.

I dont see any issues with the parameter settings ( log_archive_dest settings), What could be the problem on this ?

Please let me know if you require any log files for troubleshooting.

Note: We are not using dg broker for recovery.
