Lookup usage in Interface page instead of LOV component process

Hi,

I have specific question on Interface page during Custom WebADI creation.

We have LOV in the interface page which has below values.

* Constant

* Environment Variable

* Parameter

* Profile Option

* SQL Query

* Lookup

I am very specifically looking to use "Lookup" feature to show "No" & "Yes" values when custom WebADI opens the excel sheet.  We can go through component process, but I would like explore this option and understand its usage.

Please provide any insights on below values usage also (if you have).

* Parameter (Single value and where it can be use)

* SQL Query (Multiple values. Similar to lookup and how it can be used).
