How to Make 'Use Default Controls' unchecked through program

Hi,

Is there any way that we can uncheck 'Use Default Controls' on 'Item Cost Summary' by default? I am running Supply Chain Cost Rollup on a Cost Type, and thats making 'Use Default Contorls' checked by default.

How do we make it unchecked?

Please assist if any one has an idea.
