GL Import with erroror ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_JE_BATCHES_U2) violated

Hi,

We have bulk data upload to GL from other applications through GL_INTERFACE table, this is working since many years without any issue, just started giving error while importing, please check and advice, its very urgent.

ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_JE_BATCHES_U2) violated
