Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Is it possible to place a customer on hold if it fails to fulfill the payment terms?

Example:

If a payment is due in 5 days and the customer fails to pay, the customer is put on hold for all the sales order.
