Since Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.4.7 we have the following proces on al our systems which is in uninterruptible sleep status

This contributes to extra load of 1 and is undesired behaviou. The proces is:

root 9153 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? D Aug04 0:02 [oks_plog]

What is the use of this proces and can it be disabled ?

We don't use ACFS, if that is related to this proces
