Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Delete line ID in Address Book in who's who

Hi,

I have uploaded in address book which automatically create 2 lines ID in Who's Who

1. What makes the line was created into 2 lines ? usually only 1 line ID which is line ID = 0

2. how can we delete line ID become only 1 line ? is it one by one manually or any others way ?
