Is it possible to install 12.2 database & application from the database server alone?

Hi Team,

One of my customer trying to install 12.2 E-Business applications with a multi nodes(2 nodes) multi users(oracle & applmgr) architecture.

One server is dedicated for oracle binaries & database and other server is for application file system.

Is it possible to install  database & application from the database server alone?

[[Note that we did not mount application file systems in database server and hence installer can't directly find the application file system in database tier]]

Please suggest.
