Getting issue while upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3

Hi Team,

I have installed oracle e business suite on RHEL 6 (64 bit) succesfully.

Now I'm upgrading the application from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 .

while applying patch 9239090 , sessions is running since long time. it is running since 40 hours. but no further progress on patch.

Worker status is always showing as below :
