How to customize work order page (while create or update action) in R12.1.3?

Hi Team,

For our business purpose, we want to have some customization on the 'Create | Update Work Order' page of eAM (We are on R12.0.3 at present). Can anybody help us for doing so? We expect the forum to give us name of the tool which can be used for customization, where can we get it, best practice for doing so and the steps to be performed. Also, if any document, white paper or user | developer guide available, do let us know.
