Depot Repair R12.1.3: Unable to book Repair Actuals due to invalid account error
Hello Team,
We are unable to book Repair Actuals for a particular customer from Depot Repair. We are hitting the error "
The system cannot find a valid account for the specified
Bill-To/Ship-To address 'XXXX' and Operating Unit
The transaction has been aborted based on the
setting in the profile "Service: Action for Missing
Account/Account Site in Charges."
We see that the Bill to / Ship to addresses used are well mapped to the respective accounts and the site usage also looks as intended. Also, please note that profile option Service: Action for Missing Account/Account Site in Charges is NULL.
