After installation of Oracle EBS R12.2.0, I cannot access any of the forms. I get the following erro

After installation of Oracle EBS R12.2.0, I cannot access any of the forms. I get the following error that pops up in my Internet Explorer 11 window:

In order to access this application, you must install the J2SE Plugin version 1.6.0_27. To install this plugin, click here to download the oaj2se.exe executable. Once the download is complete, double-click the oaj2se.exe file to install the plugin. You will be prompted to restart your browser when the installation is complete.

I already have Java 1.6.0_27 (64-bit and 32-bit) installed on my PC. I've also tried Firefox which also doesn't work and states the same error message.
