employee number in Payroll ID

Dears,

i had created a new payroll ID and i found that the employee number is zero. i had checked the following:

1- the employee start date is within the range of payroll ID period.

2- the criteria of data selection in the for the version of the payroll ID are company and employee pay status and all the employees are assigned to the company i select.

3- all the employees had the same country code

so please if anyone can help with how to solve this problem so that i can complete my process.
