Difficulty moving price event back into worksheet status

Hello,

I'm using base functionality in RPM 14.0 and for the past week i've been unable to move a regular price change from approved back to worksheet status. It's been tried more than 20 times (which is probably excessive but we wanted to try different users) and the conflict check error_string is always null which didn't help with figuring out the issue, then yesterday afternoon I tried putting in worksheet status again and it worked. Does anyone have an idea what could have caused this to finally work?
