Cross dock flag on item master and item branch removed for unknow reasons

Hello,

We are using JDE E1 V9.1 in my company

We are facing a strange problem in the item master and in the item branch : we generalized the cross dock flag at "Y" for all items, both in item master and item branch.

Sometimes, for unknown reasons, the flag is removed to blank, and we don't know why .

Has someone an idea , please ?
