Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service - system user with permanent password

I use the EPM Automate Utility to execute business rules, download files, ...etc. With the latest patch we can now encrypt the user password. That's good. But is it also possible to let a user have a permanent password that never expires? I don't see how that is possible in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.
