Customers - Standard (ARXCUDCI)

Hello,

It's been report to me that we are no longer able to delete an address from the Customers - Standard form (ARXCUDCI).  Is there a way to get the functionality back?  I've search the knowledge base and community forum without any success...

The last patch applied on AR module was 6036763...
