Upgrading Database from 9i to 11g on Oracle EBS 11i

Hi to All,

My Environment is DB 9.2.0.4.0 (64bit) Linux AS release 4 /Apps 11.5.10.2 (32bit) on Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4.

My requirement is to upgrade the Database from 9.2.0.4.0 (64bit) to 11.2.0.3(64bit).

Give me some suggestion to achieve this.
