Receiving issue

Hi Team,

Please assist in "Receiving issue". Initially we were getting an error like "Error occurred in receiving processor" while "Auto Receiving" however upon retrying on this error didn't come. Later on we observed that in depot repair the RETURN line is showing in the "Received" status but in OM the line's status is "Awaiting Return". Not sure if this is OM or depot repair issue.

Please guide here. Also one thing I noticed that S/N and item status in inventory is shown as as "RESIDES IN RECEIVING", is it it should be "RESIDES IN STORES always?
