WMS Picking task needs to be done in two steps

Hi WMS experts,

I am working on a customer and they have two different steps and teams working on the Picking process:

First team will work with the forklifts to get the LPN on the locator position, bring them down and move the entire pallet to a Picking área, where the second team will be responsible to get the boxes that needs to be delivered to the customer. They will pick the goods from the pallet and make the pallet available to return as a putaway operation.

I have tried many options, but anyone worked like the process requires. This is done because the goods are really heavy and large, they do not have enough space to create a picking área, that's why they work like I described. It is ceramic floors factory.
