Printing to a Lexmark printer for P6 web version 8.2.1.

I am having issue printing to an older Lexmark X945E and a Xerox 7232 - they print a blank sheet of paper and nothing else when printing directly for P6 Web.  Printing a P6 web page from the browser (IE 11) works on the Lexmark, but only gives you what is on the single screen and at lousy resolution – no better than going through Print Screen.

 

I have reinstalled both printers and have the Lexmark X945E as the default.  Nothing changed.  There are no issues printing to the printers using the P6 Client
