What functional testing can be done after Phase I ACA Patch 21162146?

We have applied the ACA patch 21162146 and I have some users that are questioning what functionality can be tested afterwards. This patch seems to be catered around the design of the 1094-C form.  Some guidance on this would be appreciated.  Being our first go around for ACA we are really not sure where to start testing. 


Any pointers are appreciated.
