How to migrate APC - Setup Workbench (functional) setups from one environment to another?

Hi All,

We have manually created few new ICC's, Attribute Groups, Attributes, Value Sets and its related components manually in Development instance. For moving the setups to User Testing instance, we are required to perform the same set of activity manually again in UAT environment and subsequently in Prod environment.

Would like to know is there any mechanism to migrate the setups of Setup Workbench from from environment to another? The manual effort is killing our productive time and extremely time-consuming. Also, would like to know is there any possibility to use FNDLOAD utility here for setup migration?
