Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I have booked the RMA order for a particular item.

Right now the line status is 'AWAITING_RETURN'.

While i am trying to create the receipt for the same in Purchasing Responsibility, i got the error as
