How to start Forms 11.2.2 Builder Enterprise Manager?

Hello,

I've been working on the Forms10g to Forms11g migration. I've got the Fusion Middleware Forms and Reports Developer installed on a PC.

From this document:

Migrating Forms and Reports from 10gR2 to 11gR1 or 11gR2 (without using Upgrade Assistant) (Doc ID 1410846.1)

it says:

In 10gR2, the configuration of components was mostly done through manual updates to the configuration files.

However, in 11gR1 and 11gR2, manual update of configuration files is no longer supported, instead the

Fusion Middleware Control (aka Enterprise Manager) would be the tool to use for configuration.

So then if I have my libraries in c:\Forms\Lib and I want to add this to my FORMS_PATH that used to be in the OH\Forms\Server\Default.env file
