FORMS 11.1.2.2.0 HANGS ON SECURITY-WARNING DIALOGUE

Hi all,

it's a known issue for Forms 10g and 11.1.1.X

with the following patch:

Patch 17448420: MANIFEST ATTRIBUTE ERROR IN JAVA CONSOLE WHILE RUNNING FORMS URL WITH 7U45_B11

# Product Patched : Oracle Forms

but I observed on 11.1.2.2..0 again same issue, Java 1.7.0.51. Is any solution available or I have to use same Patch from old release?
