Does interaction wrap up in lease center work?

I get a "Do you want to create an activity before closing this interaction?' when i click on end interaction, but it does not open the interaction wrap up screen. It works fine in Collections workbench, but i want to be able to set up interactions at contract level too. I checked the OKL Interaction profile options and did not find anything missing.
