Comparing Oracle Financial Cloude Service verses Oracle EBS R12.2.x what application feature is NOT

Dear Oracle Cloud Guru,

We are currently on Oracle release R12.1.3 and planning to upgrade to EBS R12.2.x in 2016.

However, we would like to know what are the financial application features that currently NOT exists in Oracle Financial Cloud Service comparing to Oracle EBS R12.2.X

Also, by when Oracle Financial Cloud Service will be able to completely replace Oracle EBS applications? I know these are two separate Oracle track and Oracle investing on both since

There are more than 80% of Oracle customers are still running Oracle EBS.
