Unable to Start pricingUpdater after ECE PS6 Upgrade

We upgraded the ECE Environment from ECE PS5 to ECE PS6.

Charging Server instances are getting started.

However, while starting pricing Updater ; we are getting following error:

2015-08-12 20:45:05.510 IST ERROR -  -  -  - TransportsMessageBundle-0902: Unable to connect to Provider : null

javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is weblogic.socket.UnrecoverableConnectException: [Login failed for an unknown reason: P]]
