Worksheet cell color meaning

Hi Experts,

One of our user reported, worksheet couple of cells color in the "Demand override" series is different the normal and help to understand mean of it. Attached screen shot and cell highlighted in pick color rectangular box. I also have verified "Demand override" series color expression and nothing mentioned over there. can anyone help on this.
