Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to turn off Auto Schedule in 11i

We need to find a way to turn off auto-scheduling for ship sets in 11i, as it prematurely places demand on MRP (and other undesirable results).

It appears R12 has this capability, controlled by a new profile option, "OM : Auto Schedule Sets".

Can this functionality be ported back to 11.5.10, or if not, what's involved in getting similar functionality in 11i?
