Oracle Applications R12 forms not launching in Windows 8 64 Bit Internet Exp 11

My R12.1.1 is installed Red hat Linux 32bit operation system , which is running under vmware 11.

And I try to open forms of R12.1.1  from a  Windows 8 64 Bit operating system local machine.

Using JRE version 1.6.0_07 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM

But I am getting below error in Java console..

Getting Security Exception..

Ignored exception: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: java.io.IOException: Access is denied

Ignored exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

load: class oracle/apps/fnd/formsClient/FormsLauncher.class not found.

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.apps.fnd.formsClient.FormsLauncher.class
