Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. This BSFN is returning the value '1' or '0'. In code its using a API called JDEQUEUE_API_Active_Queue_Kernel()

Any idea from where the API is retrieving the value?
