Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OEE11g_tnsping with different milisec

Hi, we have 2 OEE DB up running under RAC , and if i use OEE client to do tnsping DB RAC server and its nodes db1 and db2

I noticed that DB rac would give 20msec whereas its node give 10msec

is this normal ?

If the tnsping all of sudden fail to ping my db server, what action do i nee to take instead of restarting whole DB server ?
