Work Request Notification

Hello,

We need your help. We have eAM installed. We are facing issue where engineering department users are not receiving work request notifications.

Below is the summary of expectation.

-              Work Request Notification not working.

-              No Approval Hierarchy for Work Request.

-              As per setup the Work Request getting auto approved.

-              Production Department user raising Work Request.

-              Expectation is Engineering Department user should get notification that Work Request xxxx is approved.

Is there any setup which we need to follow to enable this notification functionality ? Engineering user just want to know that xxxx Work Request is created and approved.
