How to use an SQL for replace report result for another value

Dear,

I'm creating an Activity Report that will display all Appointments.

If the Opportunity is added to the Activity it's also displayed.

But when there is no Opportunity added to an Appointment the results in the Opportunity Name is displayed: Unspecified.

I would like to change the word Unspecified to No Opportunity.

Is this possible? If so what should the SQL be?
