MO_GLOBAL errors

Hi;

In R12.2.4 ,when logging to Oracle AP applications and navigating to financial options following error is displayed

Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: SQL_PLSQL_ERROR: N, ROUTINE, MO_GLOBAL.SET_ORG_ORG_ACCESS, N, ERRNO, -1031, N, REASON,

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges has been detected in MO_GLOBAL.INIT.

We have already defined the MO profiles for the relevant responsibility.
