Make Customer Name Required in Receipts Workbench

Hello Experts!

What else do we need to setup in order to make customer name field as required in receipts workbench?

We've already made form personalization as provided in (Doc ID 952967.1) How to Make Customer Name Field Required in Receipt Workbench Via Form Personalization

But when a user disregards this and insists to save the record (after 3-4 attempts), the record will be saved successfully even if Customer Name is still required.

The same record can also be accounted.
