Payables could not calculate tax after discarding the invoice

Hi,

In AP invoice workbench, when Item lines with TAX were discarded and re entered, and try to use 'Calculate TAX' following error comes.

Payables could not calculate tax due to : A mandatory constraint to generate unique summary

tax line is violated with error ORA-00001

Please be kind enough to help on this.
