We have the following result from Enterprise Manager: Advisor Central: SQL Tuning ::

"The execution plan of this statement can be improved by creating one or more indices" with a Benefit Percentage of 5,810,174.99

Anyone able to top this?  Or did our developer win the prize for least efficient insert statement ever written?
