Bulk upload, disposal of Assets with Parent & child relation

Hi Guys,

Need some advice on the below scenarios,

Scenario-1

How can Assets be uploaded in bulk  with Parent & Child relation(s)?

Scenario-2

Post go live in FA- Assets will have Parent child relation.

Requirements-A

     1- Bulk assets need to be created, and they need to be created under A parent Asset(s)

     2- Bulk Assets (mostly children) will be replaced(retired first) with new Assets under ‘A’ parent Assets.

     i.e. once old assets are retired, new assets will be created and linked to that retired Asset’s parent.

     3- Assets cost need to be changed in bulk under ‘A’ number of Parent Assets
