Some released WOs are not being listed on the Maintenance Workkbench Forecasting screen

Within the Maintenance Workbench I go to the Forecast Work tab and select the Forecast Work -> Assets with Work option for 90 days the 2 Released WOs previously generated per the PM Schedule are not listed with "No Action" in the Action column as they should, but it does recognize the next WO that is needed per the PM Schedule and it is listed with "Create" in the Action column as expected.  However, if I change to the Results tab and select the Results -> Assets with Work option and the WOs created per the PM Schedule are listed
