Assortment Stratergy number of options calculation error

     We have an issue with one of the client (SSC Brands) in Assortment Planning application. While working on assortment strategy in "Determine number of options" tab, the

system is not calculating the number of options after Rate of sale is entered. We checked whether there are flow durations defined for the selected flow and there are non-zero store count for this cluster. We could see the flows are defined in the used Buying Period and the store count is non zero i.e. 24.

    We referred the configuration tool to see how the number of options task is setup . We found a potential error in the process. Before getting the number of options, the Store Clusters must be viewed and approved in the Assortment Strategy workbook. Without this, no value will be assigned to the store count metric that we are using to calculate the number of options. We conveyed the same to the client. Client followed the same approach, but still the number of options is not calculated.
