who_is_using script returns different results in rac instance

Recently created the who_is_using script in a three node RAC cluster. 10.2.0.5   Executing the package on each node in the RAC cluster for the same object returned different results and ultimately did not return the session that was blocking the compile.   Downloaded script from How to: Determine if a Package that is About to be Compiled is Being Used Currently (Doc ID 1054939.6)
