Oracle EBS R12.2.4 after cloning a new environment we get Java Console error (Java 7_67)

After cloning our new Oracle EBS R12.2.4 when we tried access into de applications appear the following error in Client Desktop Java console:

Using JRE version 1.7.0_67-b01 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
