Install 12c on Windows 2012

I would like to install Weblogic 12c on a Windows 2012 server.  I went out to edelivery and plugged in the product and windows x64 and the only version they show that is available is 12.1.0 which is not certified with Windows 2012 and fails on install.  I do not see where I can get the 12.1.3 version to download unless if I want to go with the free developer version.  Can anyone tell me what I need to do here?
