Hi,

Using F9 Functionality, From Address is not displaying in Drop-down of Send Email .Even though profile available under Administration - Communication -> Communication Drivers and Profiles --> Profiles . But i can see the From address  only after adding Responsibility to the profile . Attached Screenshot.

Is it possible to show from address without adding Responsibility to the profile .
