Using ODI (v 11.1.1.9) to Extract HFM Custom Dimensions (v 11.1.2.3.500)

Prior to a recent upgrade, we used the HFM relational tables to populate an Essbase consolidation cube but with the new version, the custom dimensions are encoded which makes this no longer viable.

What I'd like to do is use ODI to extract the data, then load it to relational tables ready for load to the cube.  Doing some research, I may have to export to a flat file first, which is fine.

I can reverse engineer the HFM app but when it comes to exporting that to the flat file, I get the following error -

com.hyperion.odi.common.ODIHAppException: com.hyperion.odi.common.ODIHAppException: Error loading resource string for code '117'. Error code: 1813 (x715)
