FRM-92100, because of proxy server

For the last several months, users were complaining that they are often getting disconnected because of FRM-92100, after several support calls and updates, it was found that the Proxy Server of our organization sometimes blocks and that is resulting into a disconnection.  This was found after enabling the Java Trace on the client side, few lines of trace file contents -

We are using Websense Proxy server. Whenever we get the FRM-92100 error, we hit the error highlighted in the orange font below.
