Does expiring an item instance allow for future updates?
Hi,
We have brought an instance into the IB by mistake. This happened during conversion. The IB now shows this serial_number as being with a customer, when in fact it is in our inventory. In order to fix this, we expired the serial_number in the IB, and this has also terminated the warranty for this serial_number. Which is great. However, when this serial_number was shipped out to another customer, that update was not captured in the IB. We have checked - the OE order line is in closed status, SFM is running.
